(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now the crime number has been assigned as Crime No.2045 of 2020 for offence under Section 379 IPC against the petitioner.
2. At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
