Mr.C.Emalias Additional Public Prosecutor in all Crl.O.Ps C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to take all diligent steps to expedite C.C.Nos.1570 of 2015, C.C.No.184 of 2005, C.C.No.806 of 2006, C.C.No.661 of 2005 and C.C.No.662 of 2006 pending on the file of the concerned Magistrate.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the repondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that one of the accused in all these cases, is absconding for a long time.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to return the Non-Bailable Warrant and file an application for splitting up of the cases as against the other accused and the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial with regard to the accused, who are attending the hearing and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
