This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2808 of 2024, dated 12.02.2024.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2808 of 2024, dated 12.02.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
