W.M.P.No.24656 of 2018 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent University that with regard to the first limb of the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition viz., payment of salary for the period from 01.07.2011 to 31.05.2012 is concerned, the representation of the petitioner is being considered and within a weeks time it will be made known.

2. In so far as the second limb of the prayer viz., sanction of pension and other terminal benefits is concerned, the same will be considered in the syndicate meeting to be held in next week i.e., on 26.09.2022 and therefore, he request this Court to adjourn the matter to 28.09.2022.

3. To see the outcome, post the matter on 28.09.2022.
