ORDER
The revision has been filed for speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.327 of 2023 pending on the file of Principal Sub Court, Kallakurichi.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondents state that suitable direction can be given to the learned Subordinate Court, Kallakurichi for expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.327 of 2023 which is pending for more than two years. It is also stated that pleadings are complete and trial has to commence.
3. In view of the above, the civil revision petition is allowed and the Principal Subordinate Court, Kallakurichi is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.327 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law after giving a fair 2/4
opportunity to both the plaintiffs and the defendants to put forth their respective claims and in any event, the suit shall be disposed of on or before 31.01.2026. No costs.
