ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2018 within the stipulated time.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
