C.M.P.No.11042 of 2022 in CMA.S.R.No.87627 of 2021 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 116 days in representing the above appeal against the decree and judgment dated 21.01.2021 passed in MCOP No.619 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Fast Tract Mahila Court, Vellore.

2. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay. Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 116 days is condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to number the above Appeal.
