ORDER

By consent of both parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner filed an application dated 15.06.2015, for subdivision and issuance of patta, to the third respondent through the fourth respondent, who is duly acknowledged the same. It was followed by another representation dated 30.09.2015. Despite the same, no action is forthcoming, the petitioner has come forward to file the present writ petition.

3. It is seen that even in the subsequent representation dated 30.09.2015, the petitioner has enclosed the application filed for sub-division and issuance of patta, which was acknowledged by the second respondent earlier.

4. Considering the above, a direction is issued to the third respondent, to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner dated 15.06.2015 and the followed representation dated 30.09.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and the third parties, if any.

5. With the above direction, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
