ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to close down the plastic Manufacturing Unit and Scrap Godown run by the respondents 3 and 4 in Door No.1/28 and Door NO.996/22, Natraja Thevar Colony, Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore-45.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that in a residential colony, the third respondent is running the Plastic Manufacturing Unit and the fourth respondent is running a Scrap Godown, without getting any permission from the respondents 1 and 2. In the said circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for the hearing, the counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that already he has close down the Plastic Manufacturing Unit and he is no more running any industry in the said premises.

4. Likewise, the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent also submitted that Scrap Godown is not functioning in the said address.

5. Considering the above submissions, since already the Units have been closed down and both the respondents have discontinued their business, no further order is required in the writ petition.
