Ka. No.19837/F2/2007 dt 14.3.2014 and Na.Ka. No.33733/F2/2005 dt 1.9.2014 with monetary and service and all other benefits for the said period.

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

2. According to the petitioner, she was appointed as a lecturer in English Department in the third respondent college in the retirement vacancy of Prof. V.Chellappan with effect from 01.07.1992.

3. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the first respondent has approved the post and sanctioned the appointment of the petitioner with effect from 09.3.2000, though he is entitled for approval from the date of his initial appointment, i.e. on 01.07.1992 and his representation sent to the first respondent on 25.09.2015, has not been considered so far.

4. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court considering the facts and without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.09.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
