This matter is listed today under the caption for "Being-mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court ordered this Original Petition vide order dated 30.08.2023. In the said order, in paragraph No.5 it is mentioned as minors' 2/3 share of the sale proceeds will be deposited in the name of the minors in any Nationalized Bank until they become major. But the share of the minors in the sale proceeds is 2/9, but it is wrongly mentioned as 2/3. Therefore, he seeks necessary modification.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, paragraph No.5 of the order dated 30.08.2023 is modified as under:

"5. The petitioner has stated in his evidence that the schedule A property is an old building and unless the property is sold with the other sharers, it cannot be transformed into a lucrative asset. He has also undertaken that the minors' 2/9 share of the sale proceeds will be deposited in the name of the minors in any Nationalized Bank until they become major." https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
