This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to receive the application of the petitioner dated 27.05.2024 in Form CCPA and the prescribed fee wherein the petitioner has sought for a Auto Rickshaw Permit to operate the vehicle within the radius of 30 K.M. distance from Yercaud Bus Stand, Yercaud. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.

The issue involved in the present writ petition was dealt with in detail in the earlier Writ Petition in W.P.No.18034 of 2020 dated 11.12.2020. This Court after considering the earlier order passed in this regard, issued direction to the concerned Regional Transport Officer. Similar orders can also be issued in the present case, since, the said order will enure to the benefit of the petitioner also. 4.

In the result, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to receive the application of the petitioner dated 27.05.2024 2/4

in Form CCPA along with the prescribed fee for grant of Auto Rickshaw Permit and consider the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
