Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to take action against the respondents 7 to 15 and give police protection to the petitioner and petitioner's family members and petitioner's property in Survey No.274 measuring an extent of 7.35 acre situated at Idayanpallam Village, Vallipattu Vaniyambadi Taluk, Vellore District. ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to take action against the respondents 7 to 15 and give police protection to the petitioner and petitioner's family members and petitioner's property situated at Idayanpallam Village, Vellore District. 2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
