ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the respondents to restore the roads connectivity by closing the trench made in between 6th cross street and 3rd cross street, 7th cross street and 2nd cross street of 7th Respondent layout and petitioners layout and to remove all the private barricades by way of digging a trench, fencing by placing stones or in any other manner forthwith from the public roads and make available the public roads free for access to the petitioners layout.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the road has been restored, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

Considering the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
