ORDER

On 04.11.2015, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent, seeking allotment of the house, as per the allotment order dated 09.04.2015, by which, a house was allotted to her, situated in Thivattipatti Panchayat, Salem District, under Indira Gandhi Housing Scheme. As the said representation is still pending consideration, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the pending representation, dated 04.11.2015, is directed to be considered by the first respondent.

3. Considering the above, the said authority is directed to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner, dated 04.11.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
