ORDER
Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order date 24.06.2024, wherein the petitioner has been given leave to correct errors arising in the writ affidavit. He presents the writ affidavit today and a copy of the same is served upon Mr.Harish, who appears for the respondent as well.

Since the writ affidavit contains various factual particulars in relation to the identity of persons and, their relationship with the petitioner, it is unnecessary to advert to the same in the course of this order. This is also for the reason that the prayer of the petitioner is for a mandamus directing the Registrar of Births and Deaths to conduct enquiry and issue birth certificate in respect of his parents, based on his representation dated 21.03.2024.

The demise of the petitioner's parents is stated to be on 11.12.1989 and 09.08.1996, respectively. Hence, and in terms of G.O.(Ms).No.324, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, RA3(2) dated 28.06.2023, the necessary applications have to be made before the Revenue Divisional Officer, as they are bleated. 4.
The petitioner claims to have made an application before R1 but there is no proof of receipt. Hence, let petitioner appear before R1 / RDO, on any working day in the coming week at 12.00 noon, accompanied with a copy of his application, supporting documents and a copy of this order. The availability of the RDO on those dates and time has been ascertained. Let R1 grant audience to the petitioner and 2/4
and dispose his application, in accordance with law and all applicable rules and regulations, expeditiously.

Writ petition stands disposed in terms of this order. No costs.
