Crl.M.P.No.9478 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10640 of 2022 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10610 of 2022 by order dated 16.06.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the Petitioner has complied with the condition till date.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, condition imposed on the Petitioner is relaxed. The Petitioner has to appear before the Investigation Officer and co-operate with the pending investigation. If there is any violation of condition till the trial is disposed of, the Investigation Officer shall approach the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and seek for cancellation of bail.
