Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner filed O.S.No.74 of 2015 before the Sub-Court, Tambaram against one Jagadeesan and obtained order of injunction in I.A.No.258 of 2015 on 20.03.2015 and the injunction is in force till 01.04.2015. He, therefore, submitted that the order of Civil Court has to be implemented and the police may be directed to give protection to the petitioner to implement the order and under the pretext of enquiry on the complaint given by the said Jagadeesan, the respondent should not harass the petitioner.

It is submitted by Mr.M.Maharaja, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that for the complaint given by Jagadeesan, C.S.R.No.359 of 2015 was assigned and for the complaint given by the petitioner, C.S.R.No.358 of 2015 was assigned and in respect of the complaints given by the either party, the petitioner and the said Jagadeesan were called for enquiry and there is no question of harassment. He also submitted that the police will not go against the Civil Court order.

4. Recording the same, the petition is closed and the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry keeping in mind the injunction order passed in I.A.No.258 of 2015 in O.S.No.74 of 2015 on the file of Sub-Court, Tambaram.
