O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.3 of 2015 for offence under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506(i) of IPC.

4. Under such circumstances, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner could be given. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, he can very well be summoned by the respondent police, and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed. At the same time, the petitioner should submit himself to the respondents police for interrogation and enquiry. It is open to the petitioner to seek remedy in accordance with law.
