This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 17.02.2024. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made representation before the respondents to issue joint patta for their property in Survey No.91/1, situated at Indhira Nagar, Vembi, Kalavai Taluk, Ranipettai District. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 17.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits for issuance of joint patta in the name of the petitioners, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
