J., This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the offence as Sections 409 and 420 IPC instead of Sections 406, 420 of IPC in the order made in Crl.OP.No.12023 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent and perused the order dated 25.04.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.12023 of 2025.

Having satisfied with the averments made in the supporting affidavit, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and Registry is directed to amend the offence as 'Sections 409 and 420 of IPC' instead of 'Sections 420 and 406 of IPC', in the order dated 25.04.2025 in Crl.OP. No.12023 of 2025 and issue a fresh order copy forthwith.
