PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the 4th respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2021.

ORDER

The short grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that she has submitted a representation dated 19.03.2021 before the respondents 1 to 3 making certain allegations against the 4th respondent who was appointed as a Noon meal Organizer and pursuant to the said representation, a notice bearing e/f/vz;.6250/2021/vf;!;1 dated 20.07.2021 is shown to have been issued, but no further steps have been taken. Hence, the petitioner approached this Court by filing the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to take further action pursuant to the said notice dated 20.07.2021.

Though this writ petition is of the year 2021, no notice is ordered to the respondents as on date. Taking into consideration the fact that the relief sought for in this writ petition is trivial in nature viz., seeking proceedings to be concluded pursuant to the proceedings that were initiated in proceedings dated 20.07.2021, this Court does not deem it necessary to order notice at this stage and only is of the considered view to dispose of the Page No.2 of 4

writ petition directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conclude the proceedings that were initiated through notice dated 20.07.2021 within a time period. 3.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conclude the proceedings initiated through the Office Memorandum bearing e/f/vz;.6250/2021/vf;!;1 dated 20.07.2021, if not already concluded, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by duly putting all the affected parties on notice including the respondent No.4.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
