Writ Petition has been filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to his proceedings Na.Ka.27530/2017(C-4) dated 19.01.2018 insofar as it relates to the petitioners poultry unit at S.F.No.175/1 Chinnaveerasangili Village, Perundurai Circle, Erode District and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to continue with the functioning of the poultry unit at S.F. No.175/1 Chinna Veera Sangili Village, Perundurai Circle, Erode District.
