Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case for the various cognizable offences on the basis of the complaint dated 12.01.2015 against the persons named in the complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.100 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.100/2015 and act in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
