Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the third respondent to register an FIR under relevant provisions of law on complaints given by the petitioner on 02.03.2015 and consequently take action as per law against the accused.

This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the third respondent to register an FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.03.2015 and consequently take action as per law against the accused.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on 28.02.2015, Mrs.Chandra, the mother of the petitioner gave a complaint and a case was registered in Cr.No.39 of 2015 against Kanmani, Navamani and Munirathinam for offences under Sections 66(E) and 67 of the IT Act r/w. Section 109 IPC. Earlier, on 02.03.2015, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

very same complaint was given by the petitioner against the very same persons and as the case has been registered on the complaint given by the petitioner's mother in Crime No.39 of 2015, there is no need to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner.
