O R D E R

Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader (H.R & C.E) appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that in compliance with the orders of this Court dated 31.01.2019 in A.S.No.284 of 2018, the control of the temple has been handed over back to the appellants and he would also submit that the Poojari, who was appointed by the H.R & C.E would also be withdrawn by tomorrow (17.12.2019). He has also submitted that letters signed by all the parties evidencing the handing over of charge.

Taking note of the above submissions, the Contempt Petition is closed.
