COMMON ORDER Contempt Petition Nos. 2728 and 2729 of 2014 arise out of the order dated 17.01.2014 passed in WP No. 8105 and 8110 of 2013. Contempt Petition No. 2730 of 2014 is filed complaining non-compliance of the order dated 21.02.2014 passed in WP No. 4999 of 2014.

By order dated 17.01.2014 passed in WP Nos. 8105 and 8110 of 2013, this Court permitted the writ petitioners to submit a fresh representation and on receipt of the same, directed the respondent herein to consider it and to pass orders thereon. Similarly, in the order dated 21.02.2014 passed in WP No. 4999 of 2014, this Court directed the respondent herein to consider the claim of the petitioner therein in the light of G.O. Ms. No.210, School Education (G1) Department dated 14.08.2019 and to pass orders thereon within a period of four weeks.

It is now represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the claim of the petitioners herein were considered and rejected by the respondent by passing separate orders dated 26.11.2014, 26.11.2014 and 28.08.2014 respectively. A copy of the orders of rejection were also served to the petitioners and a copy of the same has also been handed over to the counsel for the petitioners today.

In view of the above, all the contempt petitions are closed. No costs. Liberty is given to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 26.11.2014, 26.11.2014 and 28.08.2014 respectively passed by the respondent in a manner known to law.
