This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta for the petitioner's house site situate at Door No. 3/356, S. No.620 measuring 0.00.47 square meter, Medupalli Village, Chennapalli Post, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri based on the representation dated 06.01.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the second respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 06.11.2020 at 3.00 p.m. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to proceed further with the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
