(2) WP No.42704 of 2016 To call for the records of the 2nd respondent made in A.P. No.156/ 2011 dated 05.03.2013 and to quash the same as illegal and against the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

(3) WP No.42705 of 2016 To call for the records of the 2nd respondent made in A.P. No.254/ 2012 dated 27.01.2016 and to quash the same as illegal and against the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PARAMASIVA DOSS, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing on both sides have expressed that as one of the writ petitions has already been settled, there is a possibility of settlement in all writ petitions. In view of the above, post the writ petitions before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Court.

All the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 17.09.2018. The Mediation process shall be completed within a period of two weeks.
