Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is filed under order 21 Rule 34 of CPC r/w. Section 100 of CPC, praying to set aside the Decree and Judgment dated 29.09.2020 passed in CMA.No.14 of 2018 on the file of III Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and Decreetal and fair order dated 30.01.2018 passed in E.P.No.501 of 2017 in O.S.No.7859 of 2010 on the file of XVI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai with cost. 1. This Court on 27.03.2023, referred the matter for mediation for arriving at amicable settlement before the mediation attached to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Center, High Court of Madras, Chennai. Both the parties have arrived at settlement in the mediation centre and the settlement agreement is also entered between the parties on 16.08.2023.

2. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is disposed off in terms of settlement arrived. The Terms and Conditions of settlement shall form part of the decree.

Accordingly, Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
