The defendants have been served with the suit summons as early as on 14.01.2015 as seen from the report submitted by the registry. Even though the learned counsel has entered appearance earlier for the defendants 1 to 3, there is no representation on the side of the defendants today. Hence, the defendants 1 to 3 are set exparte by this Court.

2.Interim injunction was already granted by this Court in O.A. No.1052 of 2014 on 23.12.2014, which is still in force. Since the defendants have been set exparte, the interim injunction granted on 23.12.2014 is made absolute and O.A. No.1052 of 2014 is allowed as prayed for.
