This petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent as respondents 3 to 5 in the main appeal.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any serious objection for allowing this civil miscellaneous petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the Affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and list the Appeal for hearing on 22.10.2021.
