This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 100 days in filing the written statement of the defendants 1 and 2 in the above suit.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/first plaintiff would submit that he has no objection in allowing the application and would further submit that the application being allowed, he would seek two weeks time to file a reply statement.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondent/ first plaintiff would not have any serious objections, the application stands allowed and the delay is condoned.
