The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition stating that the matter has been settled between the parties and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
