(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file fresh petition as and when the need arises.

2. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as prayed for. There will be no order as to costs. WMP No.23275 of 2026, filed to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition is allowed.
