This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para 7(b) by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.2242 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioners is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
