Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd Respondent in proceedings Proc.No.P1/1677/2014, dated 5.12.2014 and the consequential posting order dated 5.12.
2014 and to quash the same and to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to consider the Direct Recruit of the year 2012 namely the Petitioners herein in the cadre of DCTO for the promotion to the post of Commercial Tax Officer before considering adhoc promotees in the cadre of DCTOs holding substantive ranks of Assistant and further to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to revert such temporary/ adhoc appointees from the cadre of CTOs and also those who are juniors in such cadre and are placed above the Petitioners on temporary promotions and to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to publish the seniority list for the year 2012 for DCTOs (formerly ACTOs) and effect consequent promotion including for the Petitioners within a stipulated period with all the consequent benefits.

ORDER
It is reported by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is covered by the order of this court made in WP.No.6042 of 2015, dated 27.06.2016 and also produced a copy of the said order. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents has also verified the same.
2. Therefore, following the above said order of this court made in similar circumstances in WP.No.6042 of 2015, dated 27.06.2016, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the above said order. No costs. Consequently, the connected MPs are closed.
