of 2009 in M.C.O.P.Nos.2968 and 2969 of 2008 respectively on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/VI Small Causes Court, Chennai.
For Petitioner : Mr.N.S.Sivakumar for Mr.N.S.Ziauddeen For R1 : Mr.G.Balaji Prasad For R2 : Batta due COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 05.03.2010, made in M.P.Nos.5415 and 5414 of 2009 in M.C.O.P.Nos.2968 and 2969 of 2008 respectively on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/VI Small Causes Court, Chennai.
2. The issues involved in both the civil revision petitions are one and the same and therefore, disposed of by this common order.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner Insurance Company filed M.P.Nos.5415 & 5414 of 2009 to implead the owner of the first respondent and Insurance Company of the other vehicle. Both the applications were dismissed by the order dated 05.03.2010.
4. Against the said order dated 05.03.2010, made in M.P.Nos.5415 & 5414 of 2009 in M.C.O.P.Nos.2968 & 2969 of 2008, the present two civil revision petitions are filed by the petitioner Insurance Company.
5. Pending civil revision petitions, the main M.C.O.P.Nos. 2968 & 2699 of 2008 itself were disposed of on 01.02.2013 and therefore, nothing survives in the civil revision petition.
6. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and first respondent, both the civil revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 11.08.2017 Index: Yes/No gsa
