Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Revision Case No.913/2017 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in C.C.No.323 of 2002 on the file of the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi by order dated 14.06.2006 and confirmed in C.A.No.70 of 2006 on the file of the Sessions Court, Tiruvannamalai, by judgment dated 07.11.2016 and enlarge the petitioners on bail pending disposal of the above CRL.RC.NO.913/2017 [IN CRL.MP.NO.8611 OF 2017] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.Revision Case No.913/2017 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed seeking suspension of the sentence imposed on the petitioners.

2. The wife of the 1st petitioner has filed an affidavit, along with the petition filed to condone the delay in Crl.M.P.No.8399 of 2017, wherein she has averred that after the judgment of the Appellate court dated 7.11.2016, she and her husband viz., the first petitioner, have reunited and they have been living jointly at Chennai. The said deponent Ms.Rasul Beevi, who has filed the said affidavit, is also present in court today and she has accepted the averments made in her affidavit.

3. Considering the same, the substantial sentence of imprisonment alone is suspended, on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond, with two sureties each, for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the like sum, to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
