Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased To modify the conditions in its order dated 10.05.2017 from reporting to the trial court every Monday to once in three months.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.RANGANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K. SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking for modification of the conditional order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4774 of 2017 dated 10.05.2017 and the learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditional order regularly without fail. But, due to the reason stated in the affidavit, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of this Court order dated 10.05.2017.

2. On perusal of the available records, it shows that the offence is of the year 2003 already 15 years have been lapsed. Therefore this petition for modification is not at all entertainable at this stage and this Court is not inclined to grant modification order and the main criminal appeal itself can be taken up for final hearing. Hence, this petition is dismissed.

3. Registry is directed to prepare the typed set of papers and list the appeal on 01.08.2017 for final hearing. -sd/- 11/07/2017 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
