The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in respect of the FIR registered by the respondent herein in Crime No.20 of 2009 and quash the same. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in Crime No.20 of 2009, after completion of investigation, was referred as 'Mistake of Law' vide RCS No.4 of 2013 dated 21.12.2013 and report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet.
