Ka. No.454/A2/2002 dt 20.12.2002 and that of G.O.Ms. No.562 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dt 28.9.1998 as per law within a date fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

The case of the petitioner is that he was initially appointed as Head Master at Panchayat Union Elementary School, Thoppadikuppam, Bargur Union on 06.06.1964 and he retired from service on 30.4.1999 as Secondary Grade Head Master.

2. The petitioner would state that as per G.O.Ms.No.562, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 28.09.1998, he is entitled for bonus increment as an incentive, which is not given by the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the respondent/District Collector is not the competent authority and the petitioner has to make proper representation to the Government and the Director of School Education etc. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is permitted to make proper representation to the concerned authorities. On such representation being made, the authorities concerned shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above observation, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
