The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the act of willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18468 of 2010, dated 03.08.2011.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order of this Court dated 30.08.2011 has been duly complied with by the respondent. The learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No. 1590/A1/2012, dated. 29.03.2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and the proceedings issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No. 1590/A1/2012, dated. 29.03.2015, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
