Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with the impugned proceedings passed by the 2nd respondent vide Mu.Mu.No.85274/D2/E2/2013, dated 11.10.2013 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner w.e.f. 01.03.1998, as Secondary Grade Teacher with all consequential benefits and pass such further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
