Learned counsel made an endorsement in the case file. A scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

We are informed that the petitioner who is the spouse of the detenu is in the family way and expected date of delivery is 02.07.2023. We make it clear that we preserve the rights of the petitioner or anyone concerned for the detenu to come with same/similar prayer after the new arrival. If such petition is filed the same shall be dealt with on its own merits and in accordance with law.
