(By J.Nisha Banu,J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 710 days in representing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 17.06.2025.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 18.06.2025, if the same is otherwise in order.
