Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.2215/2015/Vu.Va.4 dated 14.08.2015 and the consequential impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.2215/2015/Vu.Va.4 dated14.08.2015 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to restore the declaration of probation of the petitioner with effect from 03.08.2011 and to restore the seniority in the post of Assistant with all consequential and other attendant benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner has been promoted to the post of Block Development Officer. Thus, the grievance of the writ petitioner has been redressed.
2. In this view of the matter, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
