Crl.M.P.No.8152 of 2023 is filed to amend the name of the petitioner as "Settu @ Murali"instead of "Murali"in the above Crl.O.P.No.11518 of 2023 ordered by this Court on 18.05.2023 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.Crl.M.P.No.8154 of 2023 is filed to extend the time to surrender before the Court in pursuance with the order dated 18.05.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.11518 of 2023.

3.Heard both sides.
