This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9105 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023 to report before Pallavaram Police Station instead of reporting before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9105 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
