Today, when the civil revision petition is listed for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the O.P.No.5421/20121 on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai has been withdrawn by the parties and hence, he has addressed a letter, dated 29.02.2024 to the Registry seeking to list the matter for withdrawal. To that effect,he has also made an endorsement.

2. Recording the above said letter and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
